Questions before you start, ideas, or something that has gone oddly.
A book that has not arrived, arrived damaged, or is not the one you approved. Send a photograph of the problem and we will reprint or refund it.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. We answer within thirty days, and usually the same week. See the privacy policy.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the questions page — particularly the two we get most: whether you need twenty friends (you do not) and when you can cancel (any time before it goes to print). If you have lost the link to your book, sign in instead and it will be there.
How long we take
Within a working day for anything about an order, and usually much less. If a book is due imminently, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.

We are not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay — £19.99 for a 20-page book, plus delivery.
