Contact us
A person reads these and replies. There is no chatbot and no ticket number, which is one of the advantages of being small.
Questions before you start, ideas, or something that has gone oddly.
A book that has not arrived, arrived damaged, or is not the one you approved. Send a photograph of the problem and we will reprint or refund it.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. We answer within one month, and usually the same week. See the privacy policy.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the questions page — particularly the two we get most: whether you need twenty friends (you do not) and when you can cancel (any time before it goes to print). If you have lost the link to your book, sign in instead and it will be there.
How long we take
Usually within a working day for anything about an order, and often much less. This is a small business and one person answers the email, so a holiday or a bad week can make it two. If a book is due imminently, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
Who you are writing to
wewrote, — our name and business address are not finalised, and will both be stated here before we take any payment.
We are not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay — £34.99 for a 24-page book, plus delivery.
